pandy.ch ist eine private Website, auf welcher in loser Folge Sportphotos und andere Photos veröffentlicht werden. Die Photos sind für das Web optimiert. Höher aufgelöste Photos können unter Angabe des Verwendungszweckes (siehe auch nächste Abschnitte) bei andy@pandy.ch nachgefragt werden.

pandy.ch is a private website, on which sports- and other photos are published. The photos are optimized for the web. Photos with higher resolutions can be asked for giving the intended use (see also the following section) by sending an email to andy@pandy.ch.

Die Photos dürfen für private, nichtkommerzielle Anwendungen unter Quellenangabe (pandy.ch) verwendet werden. Auch Vereine und Verbände dürfen die Fotos unter Quellenangabe für nichtkommerzielle Zwecke verwenden.

Die Verwendung für kommerzielle Anwendungen ist nur nach Erlaubnis durch pandy.ch (andy@pandy.ch) und entsprechender Vergütung erlaubt.
